Sat. Oct 1st - District Meeting for Districts 3 and 4. Host clubs: SI Napa and SI Sonoma Valley.To be held at the Doubletree Napa Valley-American Canyon Hotel & Spa, 3600 Broadway Street, American Canyon, CA 94503 See Treasurer Phyllis to register with our club so we send one check before the deadline Sept 13th. On-site registration: 8:30 to 9:00 am, Meeting: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm; Registration Fee: $15.00 for non-delegates, Meal Fee (everyone): $35.00 which includes breakfast and lunch. Thurs. Oct 6th - Business Meeting at Sam's restaurant 2630 Cleveland Avenue (528-2929); Inspiration by Marj Conley . BRING DONATION ITEMS for Soroptimist House, Safe House, or Family Support Center to the business meeting

Fri. Oct 7th – (Service) "Catwalk for a Cure" fashion show benefiting the Sutter Pacific Women's Health center. Members contact President Helen for seats at our reserved table or for more information.

Thurs. Oct 13th - (Program) Speaker: Kendra McKenna – The Living Room (update) and Gianna Cianfichi – National Junior High Rodeo Team; Inspiration by June Hunter-Clarke

Sun. Oct. 15th/16th & 22nd/23rd- (Community) "ARTrails Open Studios." An opportunity to meet local artists in their workplace, view their art and techniques with hands-on demonstrations. (Click here for more information)

Thurs. Oct 20th - (Program) Speaker: Ann Scott – Working with the Homeless; Inspiration by Denise Palmer

Sat. Oct 22nd - (other SI clubs) - Soroptimist International of Novato invites us to participate in their annual sale of live Maine lobsters flown in fresh for your dinner parties. Order lobsters in advance, and pick them up on Oct 22nd in front of the historic Novato Theater on Grant Avenue. More details to follow

Thurs. Oct. 27th - November Board Meeting : 12 noon, Coldwell Banker (conf room) on Bicentennial Drive
